I am subletting my lovely Flingern apartment for April, May & June 2022 - the apartment will be subletted fully furnished and the timing is flexible. From 1 July 2022 there is also the possibility of a permanent contract & Anmeldung.
It’s a top floor apartment with a view onto a quiet, green courtyard. There’s a separate bedroom, kitchen and lounge and a garden which is used by all the tenants of the building.
The reason for the initial sublet is because I will only move my furniture into my new apartment from 1 July 2022, but I am flexibile to discuss different possibilities around this. In the possibility of a permanent contract the kitchen must be taken over (furniture can be discussed).
There is inside bike parking & storage available.
It’s a 7 minute walk to the U8, an 8 minute walk to the S-Bahn and 5 minutes to the Düsselstrand Pool + Bauhaus.
If the apartment is taken over fully from June / July the caution payment is €1650.
