It's a cozy place fully equipped and furnished, perfect for 1 person or a couple, greatly located in the center of the city, facing a calm street with little traffic.
The best part of the place is it's big kitchen, ideal for those who enjoy cooking at home like myself.
Thanks to the big Windows, it stays nice and fresh during summer (letting in plenty of direct and indirect light throughput the year) and thanks to the many and large built-in heaters it's cozy and warm during winter.
You will have the best neighbours ever, overall the building is full of lovely and kind people you can always approach for anything you might need.
Furthermore, keep in mind the Tram passes by right in front of it, meaning if you have your windows open you will obviously hear it every so often. Meaning you will barely notice it if they are closed, since the windows are new and they isolate the sound and the cold very well.
