Wir suchen einen Nachmieter ab Anfang Juli für unsere schöne zwei Zimmer Wohnung in Duisburg, Grossenbaum. Die Wohnung misst 52.51 m2, befindet sich im dritten Stock und wurde erst kürzlich renoviert. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, die S-Bahn (S-Großenbaum) ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch Düsseldorf ist mit der S11 schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi (3 min), Lidl (5 min), Netto (10 min)) sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Miete beträgt 359 Euro kalt, die Nebenkosten 130 Euro. Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert, allerdings sind alle nötigen Alltagsgegenstände vorhanden und werden gegen einen geringen Preis zur Verfügung gestellt.

We rent from 27.06.2018 a 52.51 m² apartment with kitchen, bathroom, and 2 rooms on Walderbenweg 15 - 47269 Duisburg, Grossenbaum.
It is close to the Train Station (10 min), Bank (5 min), Bus station (3 min), Kindergarten (9 min), and Supermarket/discount store: Aldi (3 min), Lidl (5 min) and Netto (10min). The neighborhood is pretty nice.
The rent of the apartment is 359 € plus 130 € of Additional costs (water is included).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It was recently renovated.
The apartment is not furnished, but I and my wife are going to living in it until the end of June, so we have some essential furniture. If you are interested, you can get them by a nice price (more details below).
