The flat is at an old house but in good condition.
There are 3 windows, for which curtains are not necessary since they look at the garage of the opposing building..
There are two large rooms, a large bathroom and an attic.
The kitchen is relatively small and at the corner of the living room.
There is no hall between the rooms (entrance -> living room -> bedroom -> 1.5 sqmeter hall -> bathroom), thus not convenient for WG.
The landlord is really nice and fluent in English.
He prefers students (as well as PhDs).
The base rent is 360 €/month plus 100 €/month running costs (Electricity is not included). Deposit is 1080 €.
