In the next weeks, I'll be on a business trip for almost two months. That's why I'm looking for someone who needs a nice, cozy, modern apartment during that time. You'll be able to have the apartment all for yourself during my absence.
My apartment is located 50 meters from the city center of Ettlingen, with access to all the services you need in a radius of 200 meters. The location is great: 5, you've access to grocery stores (also bio), pharmacies, multiple bakeries, multiple restaurants, winery and the best Brauerei (crafted beer) in the region (it gets crowdy very often) all in less than 3 minutes walk (200m radius)
Perfect location to reach any place with public transportation. 1 minute away from bus AND train stop. You can be in Karlsruhe in under 15 minutes with the train. There is a train every 10 minutes during the week.
Fully equipped: Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Internet, Oven, Cooking utilities, Fridge with a mini freezer, etc. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
There are two balconies. One very small to the street (North) that you can access from the bedroom. The other one is normal size (facing south). Big windows each side, which provides excellent ventilation if you value keeping the air fresh in you living space.
You can visit the apartment anytime and see if it may suit you. I'm happy to meet you and answer all of your questions.

The building is quite quiet, so I'm searching for someone who can adapt to the rules. You can have your friends coming in and do what you consider appropriate but having a big party with loud music until 3am probably won't be a good match :)
Normally at 10pm goes quiet and on weekends it can extend to midnight.
