The flat has a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen with dining area and two balconies facing north and south directions.
The flat is available initially for 6 months for zwischenmiete in fully furnished condition with a possible extension for another 3 months in the same condition.
Thereafter there is also a possibility for further extension of the contract to make it a permanent and long duration contract but ofcourse the furniture would be removed or some of the furniture and kitchen items could be sold to you if you find them useful. The long term permanent contract would include direct contact with the landlord and a new contract.

The location is very ideal...it is in Stühlinger area so it is close to the city centre. The tram station is 5 mins walk from the house and there is no big street near by hence the area is very quite. The flat building has it own large green area for grill sessions in the summers.
