Wonderful 4-Room Apartment With Balcony and Basement / Wunderschöne 4-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon und Keller

With a heavy heart, I am leaving my spacious and cosy apartment because I am moving to Hannover for my new job. The apartment is 65 square meters, next to the kitchen, there is the bathroom with a window and a shower. Opposite to the kitchen is the first bedroom. After the small hallway you enter the spacious living room. The balcony can be reached from the living room. The second bedroom is connected to the living room. Unfortunately, there is no door between the living room and second bedroom and is separated by curtains. There are stairs in the second bedroom which will take you up to the small room upstairs. This room is great if you want to keep your bedroom and study/work room separate. The apartment is on the south side of the house, so it's nice and bright and you can get a great tan on the balcony :). In addition, all residents of the house are super nice, so you immediately develop a sense of community. The apartment is ideal for a couple, or small family or a 2 person WG. If you are a single person and want to use it as a WG then you can also talk to my current flatmate as she would probably like to stay if possible. The photos are there for a quick view but probably not look the same at the time of the move out. So, I would suggest you just drop by and see for yourself.

Schweren Herzens verlasse ich meine geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung, da ich für meinen neuen Job nach Hannover ziehe. Die Wohnung ist 65 qm groß, neben der Küche befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Fenster und Dusche. Gegenüber der Küche befindet sich das erste Schlafzimmer. Nach dem kleinen Flur betreten Sie das großzügige Wohnzimmer. Der Balkon ist vom Wohnzimmer aus zu erreichen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden. Leider gibt es keine Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer und zweitem Schlafzimmer und ist durch Vorhänge getrennt. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Treppe, die Sie in das kleine Zimmer im Obergeschoss führt. Dieses Zimmer eignet sich hervorragend, wenn Sie Ihr Schlafzimmer und Ihr Arbeits-/Arbeitszimmer getrennt halten möchten. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Südseite des Hauses, daher ist es schön hell und man kann sich auf dem Balkon toll bräunen :). Zudem sind alle Bewohner des Hauses super nett, sodass man sofort ein Gemeinschaftsgefühl entwickelt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar, eine kleine Familie oder eine 2-Personen-WG. Wenn Sie eine Einzelperson sind und diese als Wohngemeinschaft nutzen möchten, können Sie auch mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin sprechen, da sie nach Möglichkeit gerne bleiben würde. Die Fotos dienen der schnellen Betrachtung, sehen aber zum Zeitpunkt des Auszugs wahrscheinlich nicht mehr so aus wie zuvor. Daher empfehle ich Ihnen, einfach vorbeizuschauen und sich selbst ein Bild zu machen.
