Hier wird eine 1 Zi Wohnung unmöbliert vermietet. Unmöbliert heißt: die Kochplatte bleibt drin, alles andere wird mitgenommen (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bett, Spiegel etc., aber es gibt einen Waschkeller im Nachbarhaus). Duschbad neu gefliest. Es bleibt ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl drin sowie ein paar Wandregale. E-Geräte (Kühlschrank) kann man bequem an der Wandsbeker Chaussee günstig gebraucht kaufen bei Bedarf oder übernehmen nach Vereinbarung. Bitte erwähne kurz in deiner Nachricht, dass du das gelesen hast.

Weiteres: Die Wohnung hat einen dekorativen Balkon und hat viel Licht. Das Internet von wilhelmtel bleibt noch bis zum 30.05. drin, danach musst du dir einen neuen Anbieter finden. Besichtigung ist jederzeit flexibel möglich. Die Zusage von mir gilt nur für den genannten Zeitraum, danach musst du mit dem Vermieter (Saga) sprechen. Im Haus wohnen viele Studenten und ein paar Familien sowie ein paar ältere Leute.

Es gibt einen Keller, Fahrrad/Auto kann man vor dem Haus abstellen. ÖPNV: Mehrere Busse (1-5 min), U3 Habichtstraße (5 min), S1 Alte Wöhr (12 min). 15-20 min zur Uni in der City Nord, 30 zum Dammtor, 20 min zum Hbf und zum Flughafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Ende dank Fuhlsbüttler Straße.

I am renting out this 1 room unfurnished apartment. Unfurnished means: the stove stays in but I am taking everything else with me (washing machine, fridge, bed,mirrors etc. but there is a laundry room in the neighboring house). Newly tiled bathroom with a shower. A desk and a chair as well as some wall shelves remain in the apartment as well. Second-hand appliances such as fridge can be bought conveniently at Wandsbeker Chaussee at a low price if needed or taken over from me upon agreement. Other stuff: The apartment has a decorative balcony and has plenty of light. The internet from wilhelmtel will stay until 30.05., after that you have to find a new provider. Viewing is possible at any time. The yes from me is only valid for the mentioned period, after that you have to talk to the landlord (Saga). In the house there are many students and a few families as well as some older people.

There is a cellar, you can leave your bike/car in front of the house. Public transport: several bus lines (1-5 min), U3 Habichtstraße (5 min), S1 Alte Wöhr (12 min). 15-20 min to the uni campus in the City Nord, 30 to Dammtor, 20 min to the central station and to the airport. All kind of shopping is possible thanks to the proximity of the Fuhlsbüttler Straße.
