Liebe Alle,

ich möchte meine Wohnung gerne für 6 Monate, ggf 1 Jahr an eine liebe Person untervermieten. Vom 15.05.2024 bis mindestens 15.11.2024, vielleicht auch 15.05.2025.
Meine Wohnung liegt in Heimfeld in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Bus und 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bahnstation Heimfeld sowie zur TUHH. Außerdem kommt man in 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Wald und braucht 5 Minuten mit dem Rad bergab in die Harburger City.
Die Wohnung ist 30 qm groß, wirkt aber größer. Sie ist im 2. Stock mit charmanten Dachschrägen, hat ein kleines gemütliches Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein kleines Bad und eine verhältnismäßig große Küche zum Verweilen.
Die Wohnung würde ich gerne komplett möbliert lassen. Ein E-Piano ist auch da und freut sich darüber genutzt zu werden.
Die monatliche Warmmiete ist momentan für eine Person mit Strom, Wasser, GEZ und Internet 600 Euro. Kaution wären 800 Euro.

I would like to sublet my apartment to a nice person for 6 months. From 15.05.2024 to 15.11.2024, maybe 15.05.2025.
My apartment is in Heimfeld in a very quiet location. It is a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus and a 15-minute walk to Heimfeld train station and the TUHH. It is also 10 minutes by bike to the forest and 5 minutes by bike downhill to Harburg city center.
The apartment is 30 square meters, but seems larger. It is on the 2nd floor with charming sloping ceilings, has a small cozy bedroom, a living room, a small bathroom and a relatively large kitchen to spend time in.
I would like to leave the apartment fully furnished. An electric piano is also there and is looking forward to being used.
The monthly rent for one person with electricity, water, GEZ and internet is currently 600 euros. The deposit would be 800 euros.
