Schöne Wohnung in Hannover Linden-Nord für Juli/August (ggf. Juni)

Hi, I would like to advertise my flat in Linden-Nord. It's on the 4th floor of a renovated Altbau by the Leine river. The flat is surrounded in green and has a clear view to the north. We are currently a family of three. There is a big living room with very good lighting (two cornered windows), a bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom and the corridor.

We are traveling and will be away for about two months spanning July and August, and therefore are seeking subtenants to mainly look after the flat while we are away. We therefore do not expect the subtenants to pay fully the actual rent (ca. 800 EUR warm rent per month including gas and electricity). We are expecting some 450 EUR per month: 375 EUR for the cold rent and 75 EUR for the additional costs for one person, plus 15 EUR per additional person. Reasonable usage of gas and electricity is covered in the price. This can however be discussed, especially when we feel that there is the right match after further discussions in person.

Please note that the flat will not be fully emptied for the sublet, but you can expect the bedroom and the bathroom to be tidied up and emptied. Living room will be left with stuff as well as the kitchen but you are free to use the furniture and appliances.
