I'm offering my excellent apartment with a great location near the HBF. The apartment is a 2-zimmer flat on a new building facing the inner garden, perfect for a couple.
Currently, I have a 2-year contract on the apartment with the immobilien, and I am looking for someone willing to take it for the remaining 1.5 years at least.
The apartment counts with all the commodities. It is fully furnished, with a brand new kitchen, Keller, and laundry machine.
Conditions.
1. The landlord needs people with an income at least 3 times the cold rent (~3400 euro) and a contract as long as the apartment contract.
2. The time of the contract can be extended but the minimum time for my side is the remaining 17 months.
3. The apartment is fully furnished by me, and it needs to be taken like that at least from the beginning.
4. The suitable candidates need to be approved with the immobile (Sparkasse) and this process can be slow. So I am flexible on the timings.
