There are in total five apartments for rent, that have been recently completed and will be up for rent starting from the 01.04.2024. The address of the apartment is Wolfgangstrasse 10, Heidelberg. It is conveniently located near the tram stop and the university can be reached within a few minutes. The apartment has a size of 40m2 and is mainly designed for a 1-2 people. Specificly the „Altbau-character“ with the 3,50m high ceilings, beautiful wooden framework, new Bathroom and Kitchen and a balcony make the apartment look spacious and special. The apartment comes fully furnished: Bed, sofa, table, closet. – I will charge 870€ cold rent + Side Costs of 100€ (Includes all amentities like water, internet, heating) = Total of 970€ per month. Electricity is payed separate by each tenant, so it comes on top (-around 30-40€).
