Da meine Mitbewohnerin und ich leider beide aus unserer gemütlichen Dachgeschosswohnung ausziehen, suchen wir eine Untermiete für den Zeitraum Mitte April- 30 Juni 2021.
Es handelt sich um eine kleine, gemütliche und dank der Dachfenster sehr helle Dachgeschosswohnung. Sie besteht aus einem sehr großen (ca. 20 qm) L-förmigen, und einem kleineren Zimmer, einer gemütlichen vollaugestatteten Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen und einem Badezimmer inklusive Abstellkammer. Die Dusche befindet sich in der Küche. Es gibt auch einen Schuppen hinter dem Haus, in welchem man Fahrräder abstellen kann, sowie eine eigene Waschmaschine im Keller. Das größere Zimmer enthält Bett, Kleiderschrank und auf Wunsch ein Regal :) Auf Nachfrage könnte auch der Schreibtisch noch genutzt werden.
Die Zimmer können auch einzeln vermietet werden.

Hi!
As I am sadly moving out of my cosy flat, I'm looking for somone to subrent it for the time period of Mid-April until 30st of June 2021. I'm quite flexible with the moving in date, so you could also move in at a later date (preferably no later than the beginning of May) if that suits you any better. Unfortunately the moving out date is set and there is no possibility of extending the contract, given that my landlords intend to use the flat for their own purposes starting 1st of July 2021.
The flat is located on the top floor of an apartment building in the Südstadt of Heidelberg. There are two rooms (a spacious, 20 squaremetre, L-shaped one and a smaller (10 squaremetre) one), a kitchen (where the shower is located: unusual, I know, but I swear you'll get used to it quickly! I used to put my coffee on the stove whilst having a shower, once you get out of the shower your coffee will be ready! If that doesn't sell the kitchen-shower I don't know what does, hey?!). There's also a small bathroom including a toilet, sink and a little storage room. You also have access to a shed behind the house, where you are welcome to store your bike in case you own one (If you don't I could actually borrow you my spare one for the period you are staying here). There's also a washing machine in the basement for you to use.
The flat has beautiful, large windows which let in a lot of light during the day. For night time, you can use the shutters attached to the window. The flat will be rented (partly)-furnished (Bed, wardrobe (a shelf and a desk if you need it). The kitchen is also fully furnished and equipped (there's a stove, fridge etc.).

Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt, direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Eichendorffplatz“, ist somit super an den ÖPNV angeschlossen. Mit dem Rad oder der Bahn sind es 10 Minuten zum Bismarckplatz und zum HBF, 5 Minuten zum Bhf Weststadt—Südstadt. Rewe, Aldi, Penny, tegut und dm sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen (5 min). Auch ein Fairteiler, befindet sich direkt dort, wo man oft kostenloses Essen abstauben kann! Auch ein kleiner Spielplatz/Park befinden sich direkt vor der Tür, sowie eine schöne Wiese. Auch den wunderschönen Rohrbacher Ortskern mit Bars, Cafés und Restaurants erreicht man in 5Minuten zu Fuß (2 Minuten mit dem Rad!).
In den 5 Minuten entfernten Weinbergen oder dem Fahrradweg Richtung Bahnstaft kann man auch super joggen/inlinern gehen!

The flat is located in the Südstadt of Heidelberg, which makes it very central to both, the Bismarckplatz (old town) and the Hauptbahnhof (main train station: very handy, in case you have to commute to work/uni/..). Both are 10 Minutes away by bike or by tram. The next tram stop ("Eichendorffplatz") is located right in front of our house. Trams leave every 5 minutes, the tram takes you straight to the town centre, the main station and Neuenheimer Feld.
There's loads of supermarkets nearby, Rewe, Aldi, dm, Penny and tegut are all just a 5 minute walk (2 minute bike ride away).
You'll find a lovely park just outside your door step, as well as a playground. Both are very suited for picnics, yoga sessions and just hanging out in general. You'll also be a 5 minute walk away from the lovely centre of Rohrbach, where you can visit different cafés (go to "Zuckerrohr" for cake!) and restaurants (go to "Illegally Tasty" for arancini, pasta and gelato, head to "The Maske Afrikas" for delicious Ethiopian food!).
In case you want to have a more balanced lifestyle which does not just consist of visiting different cafés and restaurants, there's also amazing running routes just round the house :)
Da unsere Vermieter die Wohnung ab dem 1.7 aufgrund von Eigenbedarf nicht mehr weitervermieten werden, handelt es sich um eine Untermiete für 2 Monate. Der Einzug ist ab Mitte April möglich, kann aber auch bis auf den 1.5 hinausgeschoben werden.
