Room Available for students or Fulltime workers;

The apartment is located in Krefeld Stadtmitte. Very quite area with good parking space available infront of the apartment. It is shared with 2 others.
The apartment is equipped with the following:
Washmachine
Dryer
Dishwasher
Microwave
Oven
Refrigerator
Water heater.

You are welcome to bring your own furniture. There are few furniture already in the room which can be taken over at no cost with the landlords approval. The bed belongs to me and hence I will be taking it away with me.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, social and at the same time gives us space when needed. We also have a cleaning duties that we perform once in two weeks. Ofcourse we can talk about that later once you make your self comfortable. The room has a private entrance with stairs and hence offers privacy. If you would like to know other details please don't hesitate to write me with your questions . Do not forget to mention something about yourself ;).
