my roommate and me both move out of our flat. Our flat has a huge living and dining room and another room we use as our working space in the moment so that we don't have to put our desks in the bedrooms. From the workspace area we have access to our own balcony and in summer time we are aloud to have barbecue on the lawn behind the house. Besides there are two bedrooms (10m² plus build-in wardrobe and 7m²plus a lot of wardrobe space in the hallway). Of course we also have a kitchen (fridge and oven+heater could be taken), a bathroom with washing machine (which could be taken) and a seperate toilet. In the basement, we have our own locked shed for bikes, etc. The flat is 15 min by bike from Stenden and NHL and 8 minutes from the city center and there are several supermarkets closeby. The rent excl is 510 Euro and about 630 Euro incl. The flat could be rented from January on. If you are interested just write me a message ;)
