I am offering a bright, wooden style interior 47 sqm double room appartment with 1 room for 1 person in connewitz / south Leipzig during november / december / january. Time is flexible jus propose what you need

It comes with all modern amenities and is well connected by puplic transport.

The flat has got a kitchen, bathroom, hallway and 3 rooms. I normally live in this flat by myself with my doughter Momo in 2 rooms. I will not be present during your time here so you have one sleeping room and a good place to work. There are a lot of plants that I am asking you to take care of. My house is mostly inhabited by old people, who I have a really good connection with.

From the bed (linen included) you can watch the forest, the rooftops of Connewitz or the clouds.
The flat is in the 5th floor, you have good light in the winter. There is a outdoor shutter on the window so you can sleep the whole day if you need to.


Theres a puplic transport joint connection 8 minutes walk, with trams and buses running regulary in each direction of the city. Three smaller connections are 2 to 5 minutes walk.


Located 1 minutes walk to the parks with the ''Fockeberg'' where you can enjoy the view, do sports or just explore the rare riverside woodland with a sleepy eye.
Theres the ''Karl Liebknecht Straße'' and the "Wolfgang Heinze Straße" close to my place, well known for its delicious restaurants, splendid bars and nightlife.
Theaters and galleries in the near can be personally recommended on demand.
''Connewitz/ Südvorstadt'', the district you're located in, is one of the most requested living areas due its charme, made by a lively but peacefull feeling constructed by its inhabitants.

Like at home, you can use everything in the flat. Sometimes I can make a bike available, please ask me in advance if you need it. Also you may use my Mailbox if you need it. There is a space right above the flat to dry washed clothes, a bike shed in the backyard. In my room there is a printer and a balcony, in case you like to smoke.

Leipzig south is the place I was born in and I came back here after a long time of travelling. I do enjoy the mix of people with several languages and ages. There is hardly anything to miss here except mountains...

For going out in the night it is a good spot, but also people who just like to keep quite and have a relaxing time very suitable.
