/Ich spreche Deutsch. I speak English. Falo português. Mówię po polsku./ I'll be travelling for work, hence I'd like to sublet my Apt to a max. of 2 persons. It may be possible to move in earlier or stay longer - just ask. The apartment has 88m2 and 4 rooms, but the smallest room will be used for storage (there will be space for some of your things too) and the other small room is being used as an office.
The 2 front rooms can be used as 2 separate bedrooms. One has an American-style" boxspring bed (160 x 200cm) and there are also 2 sleeper sofas. The third room is an office, incl. printer and stand-alone PC, both of which you are free to use. I have a 200 Mbit/s internet connection.
I like to keep things minimalistic, so there is certainly still room for some of your things, in case you need to bring anything.
Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher, though). I do not own a TV, but I believe my Internet package also includes TV. The bathroom has a tub and shower.
I am generally OK with cats dogs, however, I just need to know that you have your dog (or cat) under control and not the other way around. ;-)
Trams 10 and 11 stop in front of building. Leipzig Möckern train station is a short walk away. Line 4 is a 5 min. walk away. There are "nextbike" bike stations close by, so you can easily rent a bike. It takes 10min by tram to get to the main train station.
I am looking for someone who is reasonable and respectful. You also need to have your sh** in order. In other words, pay rent on time, do the things you say you'll do and don't cause drama. I really don't care whether you are vegan or not, which imaginary friend you pray to, which political pamphlets you like to read before you go to bed or whether you like boys or girls. :-)
I always keep the apartment clean and tidy and expect the same from you. I don't want to come back to a place that hasn't been cleaned for months. I also don't want to get phone calls from my neighbours while I'm gone. They are generally very easy going and never complain, even if I crank up my Marshall speaker sometimes. However, you need to use common sense and be mindful that there are others around you.
