3-ZKB in der Südvorstadt zur Zwischenmiete

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt direkt beim Südplatz, aber super ruhig und entspannt in einer Nebenstraße im Hinterhaus gelegen.
In die Innenstadt braucht man mit der Bahn oder dem Rad nur 5 Minuten, zu Fuß ca. 15.
Die nächste Straßenbahn ist eine Minute entfernt, die S-Bahn Station Bayerischer Bahnhof 10 Minuten.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat man Aldi, Netto und Konsum in der Nachbarschaft.
Allgemein hat man hier absolut alles was man braucht mit vielen Bars und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke und auch nicht weit vom Clara-Zetkin-Park und Auwald entfernt.

Einen Haken hat das ganze natürlich:
Ich suche jemanden, der sich in meiner Abwesenheit um mein Chinchilla, Sonic, kümmern kann. Du solltest also tierlieb sein und da Bock drauf haben. Prinzipiell braucht Sonic nicht viel Aufmerksamkeit, weil er abends und nachts aktiv ist, aber er muss natürlich gefüttert werden und braucht regelmäßigen Freilauf und jemanden der seinen Käfig sauber macht. Man kann ihn auch problemlos mal ein Wochenende alleine lassen.
Sonic ist schon etwas älter und ziemlich blind, aber trotzdem ein toller kleiner Geselle, der sich immer über eine Rosine oder einen Bananenchip freut und wenn du nett zu ihm bist vielleicht sogar zutraulich genug wird, sich beim Auslauf mal auf deinen Schoß zu setzen und kurz streicheln zu lassen (Rosinen helfen dabei). Ansonsten sind Chinchillas keine Kuscheltiere.

Ich beantworte entsprechend nur ernsthafte Anfragen, die bis hierhin gelesen haben und den Eindruck machen, dass sie sich gut um meinen kleinen Liebling kümmern. Und ein nach Möglichkeit persönliches Kennenlernen wäre mir auch sehr wichtig, aber notfalls findet man da sicher auch eine Lösung.
Die angegebene Kaution ist für die Wohnung, so wie sämtliche Möbel und um zu garantieren, dass sich gut um Sonic gekümmert wird.

I am looking for someone to take care of my chinchilla, Sonic, in my absence. So you should be animal-loving and be in the mood for it. In principle, Sonic doesn't need much attention because he is active in the evenings and at night, but of course he needs to be fed and needs regular run-out (? not sure thats a word, but it's the best option Google gives me) and someone to clean his cage. You can also easily leave him alone for a weekend.
Sonic is a bit older and quite blind, but still a great little fellow who is always happy about a raisin or a banana chip and if you are nice to him he might even become trusting enough to sit on your lap when he runs out (raisins help). Otherwise, chinchillas are not stuffed animals, so he doesn't like physical contact too much.

Accordingly, I only answer serious inquiries that have read this far and give the impression that they would be taking good care of my little sweetheart. And if possible getting to know each other personally would be very important to me, but if necessary we can certainly find a solution for this as well.
The deposit given is for the apartment, all furniture and to guarantee that Sonic is well looked after.
