We offer a 2-bedroom flat for sublease (appr. 85 m²). The appartment is ideal for a sabbatical stay in Leipzig with your family or if you move to Leipzig. It is also suitable for a community-shared flat. The appartment is in a very convenient (central, quiet, in front of "mount" Focke, close to the alluvial forest, 20 min by bycicle to lake Cospuden) location, three bus lines and two tram lines are within 5-10 min walking distance. Groceries and shops are nearby (a car is not essential!).
The exact period of your stay might be subject to negotiation. The total rent of 550 € includes warm water and heating and internet access. The appartment is fully furnitured and fully equipped! Dish washer and washing machine included! Please note that the rent is well below what we paid and is offered to you if you willing to water our plants! The flat is indeed a 3-bedroom flat, but one room cannot be used if you rent it as a 2-bedroom flat.

Unsere 3-Raum-Wohnung (ca. 85 qm) zur Zwischenmiete ist ideal z.B. für einen Gastaufenthalt als Wissenschaftler mit Ihrer Familie in Leipzig. Sie ist aber auch für eine WG (2 Personen) geeignet. Die Lage ist zentral, ruhig, direkt am Fockeberg und nahe am Auwald, mit dem Fahrrad gelangen Sie in nur 20 min zum Badesee "Cospudener See". Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Buslininien 60,74,89, Straßenbahnlinien 10 und 11 erreichen Sie bequem in 5-10 min zu Fuß. Die Warmmiete von 550 € beinhaltet Warmwasser und Heizung sowie Internet. Die Miete ist deutlich geringer als die Rate, die wir selber zahlen. Unser Angebot gilt soweit Sie einverstanden sind während der Mietzeit unsere Zimmerpflanzen zu betreuen. Eigentlich handelt es sich um eine 4-Raum-Wohnung. Wenn Sie diese wie angeboten als 3-Raum-Wohnung mieten, können Sie eines der Zimmer nicht nutzen.
