Dear all,
I am leaving a beautiful and confortable apartment in Südvorstadt (Leipzig) by the end of October. The apartment is 52 m2, it has 1 living room, 1 bathroom (with window), 1 furnished kitchen (including refrigerator, oven and kitchen furnitures), 1 bedroom, 1 balcony and 1 wintergarten. It is in the 4rd floor, fully renovated and in very good status. It is very sunny, it has windows in both sides of the apartment so that it gets sun all day long. One side of the aparment faces to Arthur-Hoffmann Str. (in front of a small park, you can see the trees in front of the windows). The other side faces to a common garden, with green areas, including barbeque, and a locked place to store the bikes. It has a keeller in the basement.
It is located in the lively area of Südvorstadt, and at 5 min walking distance from Karliebneck Str., with lots of young people, cafes, restaurants... The street of the apartment (Arthur-Hoffmann Str.) is very quiet and mainly for families, so that you can enjoy quietness at home, and at the same time you have to oprotunity to be close to a street with nice "atmosphere".
In front of the apartment there is a shop that opens from 8 am to 10 pm. Supermarkets and several shops and cafés are at less than 5 min distance.
It is very well conncented: Tram 9 stop (Körnerstr.) is just in front of the apartment and the tram stop Südplazt in Karliebneck Str. with lines 10 and 11 is at 5 minutes distance.
I am already living in Berlin, but will come to Leipzig on the weekend 10-11 October.
In case you are interested to visit the apartment during the week, I will ask a friend to show it to you. Tuesday or Wednesday from 18:00 pm are possible for him.
I could also show it (myself) on Saturday 10th.
There are not furniture anymore. Just some blinds, 2 lamps, 2 mirrors... that I installed and don´t fit in my new apartment, so I would like to sell them for good price (50 %) original to the next renter. The total is about 250 €.
