Ich vermiete meine geliebte, hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung unter, da ich länger im Ausland sein werde. Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne 72qm Altbauwohnung mit Stuck an den Decken. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock eines historischen Gründerzeithauses mit Blick auf andere schöne Altbauten. Mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern ist die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Sie hat ein sehr geräumiges Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Erker sowie eine separate Küche und ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist einzigartig schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was du brauchst: Eine voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine), eine Waschmaschine, ein 1,8 x 2 m Bett, ein Sofa zum Lümmeln, WLAN, einen Staubsaugerroboter, Sonos-Boxen und ein Klavier.
Hier kann man toll allein wohnen oder aber auch als Paar. Platz genug wäre auch für eine zweier WG. In dem Fall könnte ich den großen Esstisch im „Wohnzimmer“ durch ein zweites Bett ersetzen und im „Schlafzimmer“ noch einen Schreibtisch aufbauen.

I sublet my beloved, nicely furnished apartment as I will be abroad for a longer period of time. It is a beautiful 72sqm old building apartment with stucco on the ceilings. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historic Gründerzeit building with views of other beautiful old buildings. With high ceilings and large windows, the apartment is flooded with light and has a great atmosphere. It has a very spacious bedroom and living room with bay window as well as a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is uniquely beautifully furnished and has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a washing machine, a 1.8 x 2 m bed, a comfy sofa, WiFi, a vacuum cleaner robot, Sonos boxes and a piano.
It’s a great place to live for one person or a couple. There would also be enough space for two people to share the appartment. In that case I could replace the big dining table in the "living room" with a second bed and add a desk in the "bedroom".
