Great Apartment downtown for the summer! (ENG/DEU/SPA/FRA)

Since we are going away for two months, we are subletting a very nice 2-room (bedroom + spacious living room) in the city center for the summer. It is located behind Rossplatz (5 min. walk to the main university campus) in a very quiet area in the downtown. The apartment is very fresh and, though it has no balcony, it has a garden and park right next to it where you can grill. A supermarket is right around the corner; Uni Klinik, tram/bus/s-bahn stations at a 5 min. walk. In other words, everything you need is right around here.

You will have at your disposition a queen size bed and a sofa-bed in the living room, as well as a bathroom (with washing machine) and large, well-equipped kitchen (!). Wi-fi and everything standard is included, of course.

Ideally, you will take the apartment for the two whole months. Though this might be negotiable.

Since we will mostly likely move half our stuff before/after summer, the apartment will not be as crowded as it may actually seem to be in the pictures.
