We are seeking someone to take over the lease of our stunning southerly facing *furnished* Altbau apartment, located centrally in a luxurious heritage-listed historical building. With direct sunlight shining through five enormous high-end quality windows during the day, the apartment is not only well lit, but to a large extent warmed naturally, and thereby low on heating costs. All rooms boast 3.8m high ceilings with decorative cornices.

The total rent of the apartment (warm) is 625 Euro/ month is well below current market value for the area, especially considering the tasteful and high-quality renovation, according with local heritage protection standards. The apartment is administered by a very friendly small family-run estate agent who is very easy to deal with.

The apartment is suitable for a couple or single person. For our needs as a couple, we have lived in the spacious living room, and received an average of 300 to 550 Euros per month (depending on the season) for the bedroom on Airbnb. This is a fantastic option for those on a budget who don’t mind sharing a bathroom with guests.

The flat comes with a professionally custom designed and hand-crafted loft-style storage system with ladder (3.5 x 1.5 m) and a work/ dinner table.
