We are offering a partly furnished, bright, centrally located 2.5-room apartment in Mainz-Hechtsheim for long-term rent, starting immediately or later. The apartment with its 55 square meters is located on the second floor of an apartment building. Located in a side street of Rheinhessenstrasse, the apartment is nestled in nature at the back of the residential complex, but still very central.
The apartment is completely furnished with laminate or tiled, has a new tasteful, modern and well-equipped kitchenette (incl. fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a very large pantry, a large hall closet, a bathroom with custom-made mirror cabinet, shower and washing machine, a balcony with a view of the greenery.
