Cosy apartment available from 13/02

Hi, everyone!

The job that I got here in Germany hasn't really been what I expected, so I am resiging and will be leaving the country much earlier than planned.

Hence, my cosy apartment will be vacant starting from the week of February 13th and I am helping my landlady to find a new tenant. The room is on the ground-floor, has 40sqm and is very well divided, with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom.

The apartment is located in Schwetzinger Strasse, right by Krappmühlstrasse tram station (only 150 m away so you barely have to walk!). The location makes it convenient and easy to get to the center of Mannheim, and the train station. There's also a LIDL right across the road, so doing groceries is extremely easy.

The rent price is 700 euros per month and includes all utilities (water, heating, wi-fi, recycling...). The only thing you have to pay apart is the electricity, which for me was costing 60 euros per month with a provider named MVV. You are welcome to choose another provider, if you wish.

There are washing machines (and a drying area) at the basement of the building. The washing machines are also included in the rent and can be used/operated without coins. The building is quite small and there's only a few people living here, so you won't have a hard time finding a washing machine that is empty.

The furniture is fairly new and can be taken over from me for a total of 1500 euros.

As I will be going back home and I have luggage restrictions, I will be leaving behind almost everything you see in the pictures (minus my own clothes and some personal stuff). What I will be leaving include: bed sheets (3 of them), a blanket, a duvet, a pillow, an electric blanket, the plants, a fan, the smart TV, a side lamp, a vacuum cleaner, a toast maker, kitchen utensils/cutlery and possibly some cleaning materials. The electronic products were all bought from Conrad in July/August 2022, so they are completely new and functional.

The things mentioned in the previous paragraph are included in the 1500 euros price that I mentioned before, so all you have to do is basically move-in!
