Lage: Schwetzingerstraße (die nächste Straßenbahn ist die Kopernikusstraße) 1 min Fußweg.
Der Lidl ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof ca. 10 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit:
- 60 qm, 1. Stock mit Balkon.
- 1 Wohnzimmer (TV, Sofa, Esstisch, Arbeitstisch) + Küche + Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) + Bad + Waschmaschine und haben große Fenster
- Miete - 800 Euro/pro Monat (alles inklusive)
- Kaution - 400 Euro
- Internet, Arbeitstisch
- Aufgrund der Einrichtung ist das Rauchen in den Zimmern nicht gestattet.
- Fahrradabstellplatz inklusive.
- Keine Haustiere erlaubt
- Es ist für Einzelpersonen

Der Einzug ist auch ab dem 28. Oktober möglich.
Anfragen für Langzeitvermietungen werden nicht berücksichtigt.
