Since I am going home for 19 days, I would like to offer an interim rent for my appartment.

It is a beautiful two room appartment situated very near to the U-Bahn station: Böhmerwaldplatz (around 5 min by walk). The appartment is on the 12th floor of a 14 story building. But you dont worry about the height as there is 24 hour working elevator. The appartment has a cute little south facing balkony from where you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the alps and sunset.

The appartment is not fully furniched I would say but it fullfills the basic furniture requirements.
