Zentrale, moderne 2-Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Da ich für drei Wochen im Ausland bin, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum (möglichst in Gänze) einen oder zwei Zwischenmieter.

Meine Wohnung ist ein Erstbezug nach Kernsanierung eines Altbaus vor drei Jahren und ist daher (Böden, Elektro, Sanitär) auf hohem Niveau. Auch die Einrichtung ist größenteils zum Einzug gekauft worden und daher dementsprechend gut in Schuss.
Die Wohnung ist aufgrund des Schnitts nicht WG-Geeignet, jedoch ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, das hier in München Fuß fassen möchte und dafür eine ideale Ausgangslage sucht.

Stilistisch sollten die Bilder für sich sprechen, daher folgt hier die Ausstattung:
Küche: Induktionskochfeld, Dunstabzug, Kühl/Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc.
Wohnzimmer: Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, Ecksofa (ausziehbar), Wohnwand, 45" SmartTV
Schlafzimmer/Büro: 1,60m Bett mit Memory-Schaummatratze, Schreibtisch, Monitore, Drucker
Schrank: Begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit insg. 6m Schrankbreite
Bad: Ebenerdige Dusche, Fenster, Haushaltsschrank und Kommode
Hauswirtschaftsraum: Waschmaschine und Trockner

Since I am abroad for three weeks, I am looking for one or two intermediate tenants for this period (preferably for the whole period).

My apartment is a first-time occupancy after a core renovation of the building and therefore (floors, electrical, sanitary) on a high standard. Most of the furniture has been bought when I moved in and is therefore in very good condition.
The apartment is not suitable for a shared flat because of the cut, but it is ideal for a single person or a couple who would like to gain a foothold here in Munich and are looking for an ideal starting point.

Stylistically the pictures should speak for themselves, therefore here follows the outfitting:
Kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, pans, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.
Living room: dining table with 6 chairs, corner sofa (extendable), wall unit, 45" SmartTV
bedroom/office: 1,60m bed with memory foam mattress, desk, monitors, printer
Wardrobe: walk-in wardrobe with a total length of 6m
Bathroom: ground floor shower, window, household cupboard and chest of drawers
Utility room: washing machine and dryer
