Lovely apartment, close to city center and next to castle for November

Genieß einen Monat in München in perfekter Lage: fast neben dem Schloss Nymphenburg mit seinem herrlichen Park und schnell in die Innenstadt! Oder nutz die Gelegenheit für deine Ankunft, um in Ruhe eine dauerhafte Wohnung in München zu finden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt, ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst, um einen tollen November hier in München zu verbringen.

- Wunderschöne Lage, ein paar Gehminuten direkt zum Schloss und dem schönen Schlosspark, der zum Joggen, Spazieren, Erholen einlädt.
- Viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung
- Supermarkt, mehrere Bäcker, Drogerie, Apotheke, Friseur, Buchladen, Schreibwaren/Post, Reinigungen, Optiker, die beste Eisdiele der Stadt, etc... :) direkt um die Ecke!
- 3 Straßenbahnen und mehreren Buslinien ist direkt vor dem Haus. Direkte Verbindung alle 5 Minuten (!) zum HBF (10 Min) und in die Innenstadt (15 Min). Leicht erreichbar (mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß/Fahrrad/Scooter) ist auch die S-Bahnstation "Laim".
- Schöner Balkon ins Grüne
- Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine :)
- Gut von München aus zu erreichen und herrlich im Herbst: Wanderungen in den Bergen oder um Seen.

Die Wohnung und die Lage bieten eine gute Lebensqualität. Da ich für einen Monat ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich sie in vertrauensvolle Hände abgeben.

Waschmittel, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Putzmittel, Toilettenpapier und Essig & Öl wird gestellt.

Die Wohnung und die Lage bieten eine gute Lebensqualität. Da ich für einen Monat ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich sie in vertrauensvolle Hände abgeben.

Sie ist für 1-2 Personen geeignet (Bett 1,40 m).


Die Wohnung ist nur an NICHTRAUCHER und ordentliche Leute (ohne Haustier) abzugeben.
-> Du solltest eine deutsche Haftpflichtversicherung haben.

Enjoy a month in Munich in a perfect location: almost next to the Nymphenburg Palace with its beautiful park and quickly to the city center! Or use the opportunity for your arrival to find a permanent apartment in Munich in peace.

The apartment is very nice, well kept, quiet and equipped with everything you need to spend a great November here in Munich.

- Beautiful location, a few minutes walk directly to the castle and the beautiful castle park, which invites you to jog, walk, relax.
- Many nice cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
- Supermarket, several bakers, drugstore, pharmacy, hairdresser, bookstore, stationery/post office, dry cleaners, opticians, the best ice cream parlor in town, etc.... :) right around the corner!
- 3 streetcars and several bus lines is right in front of the house. Direct connection every 5 minutes (!) to the HBF (10 min) and to the city center (15 min). Easily accessible (by bus or on foot/bike/scooter) is also the S-Bahn station "Laim".
- Nice balcony into the green
- Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine :)
- Good to reach from Munich and wonderful in autumn: hiking in the mountains or around lakes.

The apartment and the location offer a good quality of life. As I am going abroad for a month, I would like to leave it in trustworthy hands.

Detergent, towels, bedding, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and vinegar & oil will be provided.


The apartment is only available to NON-SMOKERS and tidy people (no pets).
