Apartment is very nice and cosy. It is in the old historical building in the Northern part of Nuremberg, 5 minutes to walk from metro Rathenauplatz and 7 minutes from supermarkets REWE, Penny and DM. It consists of two rooms, kitchen and shower room. There is already some essential furniture and devices like wardrobe, table, chairs, table, fridge, stove, cupboard. The place is quiet, 10 minutes to walk to big park with meadow and lake "Wöhrder Wiese". Also it is very close to the city center.
There is also a basement where you can keep your staff and a shared washing machine which tenants can use for free. Near the house there is a private internal yard.
The price for one person - 600 euros, for family - 660 euros. It includes heating and water but for electricity tenant has to pay extra.
The apartment is free starting from the 1 of April.
