- Appliances include a 2-in-1 washing machine / dryer, a 40 inch TV, fridge, dishwasher, oven, etc.
- Most furniture has been bought in early 2021 and is at a very good state

Price:
- Indicated price is the one of my contract. Price might of course be increased by the owner when issuing a new contract.
- Water, heating, and electricity must be paid in addition by yourself, directly to N-Ergie. I currently pay 83.8 € per month (indicated in Sonstige Kosten)
