This apartment is part of a courtyard of 8 studios, with friendly neighbors. Great landlord who is local and very responsive to any issues that come up.
This Apt will be a good fit if you:
•clean weekly (keeps ants and moths away!)
•don’t cook much
•don’t drink sugary drinks (recycle bottles/cans need to be taken out daily to deter ants!)
it’s best to not leave food out.
Daily cleaning of counters & sweeping floors is required.
