Hallo zusammen, ab 1. Juli 2024 wird unsere charmante und super gelegene 4.5-Zimmer Wohnung an der Konkordiastrasse 7 (9000 St. Gallen) unbefristet frei. Dank der zentralen Lage können Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und natürlich auch das berühmt-berüchtigte Trischli sehr schnell zu Fuss erreicht werden. Der Marktplatz ist 5min zu Fuss entfernt. Zur Uni und zum Bahnhof St. Gallen werden je 15min zu Fuß benötigt. Für die Faulen gibt es zudem Bushaltestellen («Theater» & «Kantonsschule») um die Ecke. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Umgebung äußerst ruhig und liegt unmittelbar an der Treppe zu den Drei Weihern. Ausserdem ist die beste Bäckerei in St. Gallen nur 50m entfernt!

Hello everyone, from 1. July 2023 our charming and well located 4.5-room flat at Konkordiastrasse 7 (9000 St. Gallen) will be available for an indefinite period. With its central location, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and of course the infamous Trischli can be reached quickly by foot. The market square is a 5-minute walk away. The university and St. Gallen railway station are both a 15-minute walk away. For the lazy there are also bus stops ("theatre" & "cantonal school") around the corner. Despite the central location, the neighbourhood is extremely quiet and is right next to the stairs to the Drei Weihern. In addition, the best bakery in St. Gallen is only 50 metres away!
The flat has:

- 1 large living room
- 3 bright rooms (each approx. 12-14 square metres)
