Bright 4 room flat in the Altstadt

I am returning to Canada permanently at the end of July. I am thus seeking somebody interested in taking over my flat and my furniture in Tuebingen, beginning Aug. 1 2020.

The flat is the entire floor of a house in the Altstadt (near Collegium). The staircase is communal with the tenants above (2 students) and below (2 professionals). However, the whole third floor would be yours. This includes 4 separate rooms and private kitchen/bathroom, all for a great price! I have lived here for 1.5 years and have nothing negative to say. I've loved my time here!

Total rent is 600EUR + your own electric contract (~30-40EUR). Internet is self-funded as well. No deposit.

Preference will be given to replacement tenant(s) who meet the following requirements:
1) The upstairs and downstairs neighbors have requested replacement tenant(s) who are polite, mature, preferably graduate students (Masters or PhD) or professionals, and who plan to stay long-term.
2) I am seeking replacement tenant(s) who will purchase and take over my furnishings for 700EUR (see list below).
3) The replacement tenant(s) must take over the flat beginning Aug. 1.

The items which will be transferred to the incumbent for 700EUR include but are not limited to (once you own these, you can chose to keep or sell the items individually, as you wish):
- Samsung TV
- washing machine
- 1yr old Ikea couch which turns into a bed
- 1.5yr old smaller couch in the office (not seen in picture)
- home office furnishings (see picture; table, drawers, side table, lamp) (PC-related items in the picture are not included)
- living room furnishings (coffee table, TV stand, small dinner table, wicker chairs, bookshelf)
- bed frame + 1.5yr old mattress
- clothing storage (shelf, drawer, 2x clothing rack)
- 2 large mirrors
- home gym (this includes bench, barbell, 2x dumbell handles, 75kg in adjustable weights, floor mat)
- a separate freezer (but small fridge and oven within the kitchen belong to the landlord)
- microwave
- kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils, cups, mugs, rice cooker, blender, etc.)
