This is a nice, very well-lit and modern place close to the Frauen Klinic, about 10 mins from Uni Kliniken Berg/Morgenstelle as well as the old city by bus. The place is newly renovated. It has two bed rooms, a big living and dining space, a toilet, a bathroom, balcony, kitchen and two storage units separate from the apartment. The final rent is 1310 Euros/month including parking and utilities.
It is possible to rent the parking space at your own initiative if it is not required.
The apartment is available from 1st January, 2022. As we leave Germany, we want to sell the furniture that comes with the apartment, including our new LG washing machine with drier and our LG TV. The new tenant would take over our furniture for 2500 Euros-please feel free to ask for details of furniture (Master Bed+side tables, big closet in the master bedroom, couch, carpet, TV-desk, white dining table, matrice in the second bedroom, wardrobe and table in the second bedroom, an oven included). We will also leave back the coat hangers (in master bed + corridor) and the ceiling lights that we installed when we moved in.
It is a great place for a young family, working individuals living in Tuebingen. In the case of this apartment, the reality is better than the photos (this is not always the case), so you will not be disappointed.
The landlord is a nice person who lives out of town. He is a German architect.
