JAN-MAR Temporary - Sunny Altbau at Schottenring

We are subletting our place for a few months while we are traveling. We look for individuals or a couple.

This is an amazing apartment, It is a huge bright Altbau (140m2) that we share with two nice flatmates and two adorable cats. It is a fully renovated Altbau on the 3rd floor with Lift. This Altbau is incredibly well insulated, so you won’t be cold in the winter months.
This flat used to be two flats that got merged together, so what you will be subletting is half of the place. This means: One big bedroom (25m2), one small bedroom/office with a comfy couchbed (12m2), a second office space, your own bathroom with a shower and toilet. And of course, access to all common areas: huge living room-kitchen, balcony, entryway with wardrobe, a full bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a second toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dish washer, microwave, air fryer etc.

What we expect from you: that you are nice, responsible, tidy and willing to do your share of the household chores because this is a WG after all. We usually have a cleaning person coming every second week for a deeper clean.

Price including all the utilities (rental of half the place, electricity from Ökostrom, heating, warm water, internet, renter’s insurance).
