Gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Klavier August/September oder wochenweise / Comfy 3-room-flat with piano in August/September or for a few weeks

Ich überlasse dir meine gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für den angegebenen Zeitraum oder auch wochenweise. Miete inklusive Gas und Strom ist 800€ pro Monat, oder 200 pro Woche.

Typischer Wiener Altbau-Charme mit sehr hohen Decken, Parkettböden und Flügeltüren.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit Couchecke (ausziehbar, aber nur für ein Kind oder einen sehr kurzen Menschen geeignet) Esstisch, Büchern, DVD-Player, Beamer, DVD-Sammlung.
Im Arbeitszimmer befinden sich ein gutes Pianino, eine Stereoanlage, zwei Schreibtische, ein Drucker und viel Platz für Musikproben, Yoga, ect. Auch eine Gästematratze findet hier Platz.
Im hofseitigen Schlafzimmer wartet ein 140er Himmelbett auf dich oder euch.
Davon getrennt gibt es noch die Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Toaster ect.
Gleich dahinter (durch eine Vorhang getrennt) ist das Bad mit Waschbecken, Waschmaschine und Badewanne/Dusche. Toilette ist getrennt.

Eine ganze Reihe Pflanzen sind deine Mitbewohner und freuen sich, wenn du sie während meiner Abwesenheit gießt. :)

Eine Internet-Karte fürs Handy könnte ich dir bei Bedarf besorgen, in der Wohnung gibt es kein WLAN.

I sublet my comfortable 3-room-appartement for the given period. It is also possible to rent only a part of this period, although I would prefer my absence to match your housing needs. :) The rent including gas and electricity is 800€ per month, or 200 per week.

Typical Viennese old building charme with high ceilings, wooden floors and double wing doors.
The living rooms is equipped with sofa (extendible but only suitable for a child or very short person), dining table, quite some books, DVD-Player, projector, DVDs.
In the music room / home office there is a good upright piano, a stereo-sound-system, two desks, a printer and a lot of space for rehearsals, yoga ect. There would also be space for the guest matrace.
In the courtyard-facing bedroom a 140 canopy bed is waiting for you.
The kitchen is seperate and comes with dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster ect.
Just behind it (behind a curtain) is the bathroom with sink, washing machine and bathtub/shower. Toilet is seperate.

A whole bunch of plants are your flatmates and hope to get watered by you. :)

There is no wifi in the flat, but if you need, I can get you a mobile internet card for your phone
