I'm away for the summer until January/February so I sublet my beautiful cosy apartment in the heart of Vienna in the 8th district. It's an old building which means the apartment doesn't get too hot in summer. It's situated on the first floor of the building. There is a small bedroom and a living room with couch and a big dinner table, which I use to study or work. There's a TV but you have to connect it to a laptop or something. There is also a punching bag and a hangboard ;)
The couch is also very comfortable and expandable to a couch bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and I have a washing machine too. The flat is super quiet, because it's situated between two court yards. It's also very close to U6 Josefstädter Straße metro and to the trams 2,5,44 and it takes around 15 min to walk to the inner ring. Supermarkets and bars are very close too.
