I'm renting out my 49m2 2-room apartment at the Vienna central train station (Hauptbahnhof). The apartment is located on the 8th floor of a new building (completed in 2018). It is bright and well divided with a combined kitchen and living room, a separate bedroom and a large, sunny balcony (13m2).

The apartment is in top condition and has a fully equipped kitchen, an utility room with washing machine and a bathtub with shower screen and rain shower. The orientation is south-west, so the sun shines in in the afternoon. In winter you can see the sunset from the balcony. Floor heating, towel heating, regulated ventilation and electric outside blinds are an additional plus.

Ich vermiete wegen Auflandsaufenthalt mein 49m2 2-Zimmer Apartment am Hauptbahnhof zur Zwischenmiete. Das Apartment befindet sich im 8. Liftstock eines neuen Gebäudes (2018 fertiggestellt). Es ist hell und gut aufgeteilt mit einer großen Wohnküche, einem separaten Schlafzimmer und einem großen, sonnenseitigen Balkon (13m2).

Das Apartment ist in Top-Zustand und verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne mit Duschtrennwand und Regendusche.
