As I‘m a longer away from my home I would like to give you the opportunity to live in my flat for some time. This flat has a fully equipped living-kitchen and a specious bedroom facing the courtyard. The courtyard is free for everyone to use, it has new furniture now with a big table and 4 seats (the picture is a bit older).

The time of renting is also very flexible so write me in case you need other dates and I can look what is possible. There is the possibility for longer or shorter stay.

The flat has all the utilities you need - therefore it’s also perfect for longer stays in Vienna. As I am usually living in this flat, it is equipped with everything you need for living and you may use all the utilities in the kitchen. In the bedroom there will be also a clothes rail to hang up your clothes.

With the Tram 49 you are just 20 minutes away from the Volkstheater and other beautiful locations in Vienna. Also the U3 takes you directly to the Stephansdom (12 minutes) or the Mariahilfer shopping-street (5 minutes). The Autobus 51A brings you in 5 minutes to Hietzing near the Schönbrunn palace. The 14th District stretches into the Vienna Woods, where you can hike and take a picnic in the forest. Still it’s near the Centre. In front of the door there is the shopping street “Hütteldorfer Straße” with many supermarkets, restaurants and some clothing stores.

As there has been a cat living in the apartment 12 months ago, I am not recommending it for people with severe cat hair allergies.
