- Penthouse with a rooftop (113 sqm). The apartment has 2 stories, and the two rooms for rent are located on the second floor.
- First room: a single furnished room (14 sqm) suitable for one person. Your room has direct access to the terrace (25 sqm) and to the rooftop. The bathroom is shared with one more person. Rent: 650€ per month all included.
- Second room: A single furnished room (10 sqm) suitable for one person. The bathroom is shared. Rent: 580€ per month all included
- Apartment shared between 4 people
- Located in the 15th district. near Westbahnhof, with perfect public transport connections (7 minutes walking to U3-Johnstraße or 5 min bike to Mariahilferstraße)
- The apartment has a Washing machine & Dishwasher
- We have a two-year-old dog!
Available from middle February or beginning of March for a minimum of 6 months, long-term preferable.

Perfect public transport connections (7 minutes walking to U3-Johnstraße, 10 minutes bike to MuseumsQuartier or 5 min bike to shopping street Mariahilferstraße).
Good connection to the rest of Austria due to Westbahnhof.
Amazing view of the city as we have no buildings in front of us :)
