Spacious non-smoking 140 sqm apartment in a classic 1905 building with 3,20m high ceilings, located close to the nature of the Danube River. Quiet, with lots of fresh air, the apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, an additional toilet and a washing machine. All bedrooms include a TV, two single beds, a wardrobe and a bedside table. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and tableware. The living area features a large dining table, comfortable sofa and huge TV. An 18m2 terrace provides an ideal place for gatherings and parties.
The house itself is well maintained and recently renovated. The neighbors are extremely friendly, easygoing and helpful. The building offers a bicycle room, elevator, and garbage service. The price includes the rent and all running costs such as operating costs, water, insurance and WiFi.
The rooms available for renting are B, C and D (see layout of the house in the next pages). The rent per month, with all the costs included, would be:

Located in Engerthstrasse, a stone's throw from Donauinsel and within 5 min walk-length from Handelskai – the main train station in the 20th district –, the apartment offers a quite and peaceful area.
Several supermarkets (Hofer - 250m, Billa Plus - 450m), as well as restaurants, bars, and boutiques located in Millennium City shopping mall (450 m) are in the immediate vicinity, within easy walking distance.
The connection to public transport is optimally given via lines 5A, 11A, 11B (bus), U6 (U-bahn), and Sbahn trains (from both Handelskai and Traisengasse.
One of the bedrooms (bedroom A) is already rented by me, the contract holder. I’m Laura (she/her), a 25-yo microbiologist and PhD student. I am looking for responsible tenants, no matter your age, to share the flat with me. The apartment is pet-friendly – my two cats are already living there, they are absolutely lovely and very friendly with literally anyone. If you have pets too, we can arrange a proper introduction among them first.
