From September 2 rooms in furnished shared flat close to Augarten

Dear students,
From now on there are 2 rooms free in student flat with 5 rooms in total, located in the 20th district in Kluckygasse. The rooms have cost €470 and € 440 all-inclusive per month. This price includes heating, internet, operating costs and the named furniture.
It is just beside beautiful Augarten and just 2 minutes walk to station Wallensteinplatz where tram 2, 5, 31 and 33 and Bus 5B are available. There is also metro station U4 Friedensbrücke and U6 Jägerstrasse in walking distance.
The rooms are furnished with a bed, including pillow and blanket, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair as well as a lamp. There is also a shared living room at the entrance to maybe have dinner together as well as a shared kitchen. The flat has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and 1 washing maschine.
The deposit is 2 month rent and the minimum stay is 1 year, students only. No smoking, no pets.
