I rent my 45m2, newly renovated flat in the 20th district (directly on the border to the 2nd). The flat is rented fully furnished for 5-6 months (free from 13th May 2024). Ideal for singles and couples doing a semester or internship in Vienna.

- 1 bright living room with dining area, office, and large pull-out sofa
- 1 quiet bedroom / cabinet (courtyard side) with a double bed.
- 1 bathroom with rain shower and washing machine.

Tram 2 and 5 directly in front of the door
U1, U2 and U6: 15 minutes walk away
Train/ S-Bahn: Praterstern and Traisengasse 10 minutes on foot away.
Walking: supermarkets (5 minutes), Augarten (5 minutes) and city centre (30 minutes)
