Starting from the first of September, I am Subletting my flat in the third district. (I can not give any meldezettel).
The flat its 80 square meters and fully furnished.
A big spacious living room with open kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, bathroom with bad and separated Wc.
The bedrooms are around 14sq meters the smallest one and 16sq meters the next.
The rent its 980 euros. All inclusive. Gas, electricity and internet.
The flat is well located, walking distance from public transport. Between Kardinal Ngl Platz (U3) and Renweg (Train)
Supermarkets and shops are close by.
Ideally Im looking for a long term renter, somebody reliable and responsible.

The flat is really well situated, it's located on walking distance between Renweg (S-bahn) and Kardinal-Nagl-platz (U3).
It's pretty close to the city center and with the train you can access to the airport in 20-25 minutes.
