We are looking for three new (main) tenants for our beautiful three/four bedroom, 108sqm apartment located right next to U1 Vorgartenstrasse in the second district, only about 7min from the city center and 10min by foot from WU!
After 5 years in this flat, two of us are moving out End of June and the third one End of August.
Moving in would therefore be possible anytime between Mid of June and September..
Rent is 1290€ without, and around 1500€ with utilities included (internet, electricity...).
The rooms and the kitchen are fully furnished, and thus come with a one-off payment (we can discuss that in person). All rooms are approximately 20sqm large and centrally accessible.
Bonus: We have been renting out one small additional room with AirBnB, which actually accounts for half of the monthly rent. You could keep doing this as well, or get a 4th roommate - up to you.

The flat is in the SECOND DISTRICT, only 50 meters away from the U1 station Vorgartenstrasse.
With the U1, you reach the city center within 5 minutes (Schweden-/Stephansplatz).
The flat is in walking distance to a lot of areas like: Donauinsel (5m), Vienna University of Economics and Business (10m), Prater (10m), Vienna International Center (10m).
The location is thus optimal for students or working people.
In short walking distance are also many supermarkets, great restaurants and cafés!
We need a main tenant for our apartment as we are all moving out until the end of the summer.
