I would really appreciate someone who does not smoke in the flat, who takes care of the furniture and to keep the flat in good order and who waters my plants.

The costs for the flat also include that my cleaning lady comes every month for a basic 3-hours cleaning service (cleaning of the bathroom, floors and kitchen). However, it does not include extra services.

You can rent the flat for 3 months or longer. The "Kaution" of 1,000 euro will be returned when you move out (handover of keys).

Regarding Pictures: The wardrobe will be empty, when you move into the flat). I took the pictures in the late afternoon with my (old) phone. I will be happy to show you the flat or have a skype session to show you around.
