Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe:
- 1 min zur Ubahnstation 6 Josefstädter Straße
- 1 min zur Straßenbahn 2 Richtung Zentrum bzw. Ottakring & Straßenbahn 33 zur Universität
- 2 min zur Straßenbahn Nr. 5 zum Westbahnhof bzw. Prater



Das außergewöhnliche an dieser wunderbaren Wohnung ist, dass sie zentral und trotzdem ruhig ist, da sich gegenüber ein großer Park befindet.


Das Apartment ist komplett und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände wurden von uns selbst hergestellt bzw. von unseren Reisen mitgebracht. Wenn du zuverlässig & ordentlich bist und auf unsere Wohnung so gut achtest, wie wir es selbst tun würden, dann schreib uns bitte etwas über dich/euch und wir freuen uns, wenn euch unsere Wohnung eine gute Zeit in Wien bereiten kann.

We are renting out our fully furnished, great located & quiet apartment from 16. December 2022 until 16. February 2023.

It is perfectly located when it comes to public transport:
- 1 min to U6 subway station Josefstädterstraße
- 1 min to tram No.2 to downtown and No. 33 to University
- 2 min to tram No. 5 to Westbahnhof or Prater

Eventhough it is so central, it is quiet, because there is a park on the opposite side and the street is one way.


Things nearby:
- Brunnenmarkt (1min)
- Hip cafés at Yppenplatz (2 min)
- Shopping and eating at Josefstädterstraße (3 min)
- Area with a lot of bars and clubs (5 min)
- Wiener Stadthalle concert venue (5 min by subway)
- Old traditional buildings and sights in the first district (10 min by tram)


VERY SPECIAL AND RARE IN THIS AREA:
When you look outside the window you see a beautiful park.
Normally in the centre of Vienna you have another building right in front of you.

The apartment ist completely furnished and you do not have to pay anything for the furniture/equipment to use. Since we are a couple the apartment has been furnished for that purpose: one bedroom and one livingroom.

You can either enjoy the nearby nightlife or cozy up on our amazing couch and watch TV. Our kitchen offers you a gas stove (best heat), a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. Our bathroom + tub and toilet are in two different rooms. The flat is only 1min away from the subway station U6 Josefstädterstraße and tram No. 33, 2, 5. There are also a lot of hip bars and clubs in walking distance.
