Wohnung mit Balkon in Rixdorf, Januar

Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung im Januar und Februar. Planmäßige Rückkehr 15.02.. bei Bedarf kannst du bis Ende Februar in der Wohnung bleiben.
Ich habe die Wohnung in diesem Jahr liebevoll saniert und hier sehr viel Energie und Geld reingesteckt. Deshalb suche ich keine Partytouristen sondern Menschen die achtsam und sauber mit meinem Eigentum umgehen.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Rixdorf, zum Spazieren perfekt, gleichzeitig direkte Anbindung an die Sonnenallee und Karl Marx Straße mit Kinos, Shoppingcenter und Einzelhandel, z.B. REWE, Bio Company und vieles mehr. Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr nette Hausgemeinschaft und es wäre schön, wenn es danach noch genauso ist.

I rent my cozy apartment in January and February. Scheduled return 15.02.. if necessary you can stay in the apartment until the end of February.
I have lovingly renovated the apartment this year and put a lot of energy and money here. Therefore, I am not looking for party tourists but people who are mindful and clean with my property.
The apartment is located in beautiful Rixdorf, perfect for walking, at the same time direct connection to Sonnenallee and Karl Marx Straße with cinemas, shopping center and retail, eg REWE, Bio Company and much more. This is a very nice house community and it would be nice if it is still the same afterwards.
