I rent my cozy and high-quality renovated apartment for the month of June to responsible renters: inside.
With a lot of heart blood, energy and investment, I have created a home here that wants to be maintained and respectfully treated – so party tourism is excluded.

The apartment is located in the idyllic Rixdorf – quiet, green and perfect for walking, but still in the middle of the happening: The Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx street with cinemas, cafés, restaurants, REWE, Bio Company and many other shops are just a stone's throw away.

The house community is warm and pleasantly calm – and I hope that will remain so.

I have lovingly renovated the apartment this year and put a lot of energy and money here. I am not looking for party tourist but people who are mindful and clean with my property.
The apartment is located in beautiful Rixdorf, perfect for walking, at the same time direct connection to Sonnenallee and Karl Marx Strasse with cinemas, shopping center and retail, eg REWE, Bio Company and much more. This is a very nice house community and it would be nice if it is still the same afterwards.

Ich vermiete meine gemütliche und hochwertig sanierte Wohnung für den Monat Juni an verantwortungsbewusste Zwischenmieter:innen.
Mit viel Herzblut, Energie und Investitionen habe ich hier ein Zuhause geschaffen, das gepflegt und respektvoll behandelt werden möchte – Partytourismus ist daher ausgeschlossen.

Die Wohnung liegt im idyllischen Rixdorf – ruhig, grün und perfekt zum Spazieren, aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen: Die Sonnenallee und Karl-Marx-Straße mit Kinos, Cafés, Restaurants, REWE, Bio Company und vielen weiteren Läden sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.

Die Hausgemeinschaft ist herzlich und angenehm ruhig – und ich wünsche mir, dass das auch so bleibt.
